Retry Failed Webhooks

Automatic retries use durable delivery jobs. Each attempt is logged with timing, status, response metadata, and a small encrypted response sample.

The default schedule is immediate, 30 seconds, 2 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours, and 24 hours. When attempts are exhausted, the job moves to the dead-letter queue. Manual retry moves an eligible job back to pending.
